Return Policy:

Please contact us by email or a via shipping inquiry and we will handle any request on a one by one basis. Normally if the item is opened or is easily opened; for example baby oil, we can not reuse it because it can be easily contaminated.  Therefore we will not ask for any returns with products that are easily opened, mainly for public safety reasons. If the item is sealed, unopened and retains it sales value we will consider a return.

If there are shipping problems like breakage or leakage, please contact us directly. We do not mind helping anyone that is unhappy. We want to keep you as a customer. Please just send an email explaining the problem and we will work with you. However, remember that things do get broke and lost no matter how well or poorly you package the item. On the other hand, we are not the post office so if there is a problem with the package that was caused by the post office please keep this in mind before emailing us, because although we will work with you, we are not truly responsible for postal problems, this is why the post office offers insurance on packages.

If you feel you made a mistake in ordering the product, contact us within 24 hours so we can cancel your order, otherwise your product will more than likely be shipped.

As a reminder, we do manufacture the products that we sell. If you do like the product, we will not take products back on this basis. If you feel the need to rate the products, please do this on the product comment page and not the sellers feedback page. If you place product comments in the wrong area Amazon will remove the comments.
